What it does

One calm home for everything you accumulate

Capture fast, find instantly, and ship your day — without anything leaving your machine.

✏️

Capture & Magic Store

Paste, drop or upload anything. AdroitPad detects the type, suggests tags, and files it into a searchable store.

📓

Daily Status

Log what you did, let local AI draft it from your activity, then export to PDF, Word or Markdown.

TODOs & Reminders

Track tasks with priorities and get nudged at the right time — even when the window is closed.

🔐

Documents & Vault

Keep IDs and contracts with expiry reminders, and store credentials in an encrypted vault.

📊

Reviews

Generate a self-review for any quarter or range from your statuses and completed work. Export as PDF.

💾

Backup & export

Your encrypted vault is yours — back it up any time and restore on any machine.

A look inside

Rather more than a notes app

39 offline developer tools, a private API client, an on-device AI assistant and a full issue tracker — all in one window, all on your own machine.

Dev Tools

A toolbox that learns what you reach for

The Dev Tools home tracks what you actually use — a live usage chart, your most-used and most-recent tools, and one-click launch. Counted locally, never sent anywhere.

The AdroitPad Dev Tools home showing usage statistics, a 14-day activity chart, and most-used and recent tool lists.
Dev Tools

39 developer tools, offline

JSON, JWT, cron, regex, hashing, QR codes, diffs, timestamps — plus HTTP, WebSocket, gRPC and GraphQL clients. Every one of these exists as a website that wants you to paste your data into someone else's server.

AdroitPad Dev Tools showing the full catalogue grouped into Utilities, Network, Encode/Decode, Generators and Formatters.
Network tools

Six network clients, none of them in a browser tab

HTTP, WebSocket, Server-Sent Events, gRPC from a .proto, GraphQL with schema introspection — and a load tester that reports throughput, p50–p99 latency and pass/fail thresholds. All local, all pointed wherever you say.

The AdroitPad load tester showing a 50-request run at concurrency 5 with a PASS badge, throughput and latency charts, and p50 to p99 percentile tiles.
Cron Explainer

Read a cron expression before it runs in production

Plain English, field by field, with the next six times it will actually fire. It also warns about cron's most surprising rule — set both a day-of-month and a day-of-week and the job runs when either matches, not both.

API Studio

A full API client that never phones home

Collections, environments and secret variables. Bring your existing requests in, run whole suites as tests with assertions and CSV-driven runs, and export to five languages. No account, nothing tracked.

AdroitPad API Studio with a collection tree, a request builder and a 200 OK JSON response.
On-device AI

An assistant that runs on your hardware

Ask what you worked on last week, draft your standup, explain a failing API response. Local models via Ollama — no API key, no cloud, and nothing leaves the machine.

Planning

Issues, sprints and releases

A Kanban board with WIP limits and swimlanes, a backlog with bulk edit and CSV import, sprints with burndown from real daily snapshots, and release notes you can export.

The AdroitPad issue tracker showing a board with columns, priorities and assignees.
Secrets-aware

Paste a secret without thinking about it

AWS keys, GitHub and Slack tokens, private keys and .env blocks are detected and masked automatically. JWTs are decoded with expiry flagged, and your clipboard clears itself after 30 seconds.

Magic Store

Paste once, find it forever

Full-text search with tag and title weighting, plus natural-language time search — "last week", "three months ago", "in March". Filter by project, type or environment, and turn any capture into a task, note or document.

The AdroitPad Magic Store showing filters and a timeline of saved captures including a masked credential, a reminder, a note and a document.
Daily Status

Never stare at a blank standup again

One status a day, drafted from what you actually captured — then edit, and export to PDF, Word, Markdown, text or an image. The missing-day calendar shows the gaps so you can backfill before review season.

The AdroitPad daily status view showing a week of completed statuses and a full status with export, email and share actions.
Diagrams & docs

Draw it, then write it up

A full Excalidraw canvas plus Mermaid, D2 and ZenUML with live preview. Drop diagrams straight into RFCs and design docs, then export to Word or PDF.

Private by design

Your data never leaves your machine

Everything is stored in an encrypted database on your own laptop or desktop — macOS, Windows or Linux. No accounts, no telemetry, no tracking. Optional AI runs locally.

Who it's for

Built for people who ship alone

AdroitPad suits anyone who'd rather own their tools than rent six of them — but two groups in particular.

Solo founders & indie hackers

Running an AI product on your own

Building AI-native software solo means juggling model endpoints, a drawer full of provider keys, research you'll need again in three weeks, and a backlog only you can see. That's usually five subscriptions and a browser full of tabs.

  • Test model and provider APIs in API Studio, with keys held as secret variables
  • Every key, token and .env block detected and masked the moment you paste it
  • Prompts, benchmarks and research captured once and searchable forever
  • Issues, sprints and releases without paying per-seat for a team of one
  • On-device AI, so your prompts and code aren't training anyone else's model
Students & researchers

Coursework, capstones, side projects, a PhD

Masters projects and research run for months, across false starts and half-finished branches — and the tools that help are usually subscriptions, account-gated, and useless on patchy campus wifi.

  • Test your project's API, then draw the architecture for the write-up
  • Papers, snippets and reading notes in one searchable, encrypted store
  • Daily status and reviews become a work log a supervisor can actually read
  • Design docs and diagrams export straight to Word or PDF for submission
  • Fully offline — works on campus wifi, or none at all
Pricing

One price. Every feature. No surprises at checkout.

  • Every feature, no tiers
  • Local-first & private
  • Cancel anytime
  • Tax included
Choose Monthly

Tax is on us. Both prices include any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country — nothing is added at checkout, wherever you are.

What your licence covers. Every feature of the AdroitPad desktop app, and every update to it. The rule is simple: if it runs on your machine, it is included — and that includes the AI agent & MCP integrations when they arrive, because they run entirely on your own device and cost us nothing to run. Team Workspace is the exception: it syncs between machines and carries real running costs, so it will be offered as a paid upgrade alongside this licence rather than folded into it. Everything AdroitPad does today stays included, always.

We never hold your data hostage. Even after the trial ends, export and backup stay available. Purchases are sold and invoiced by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record on behalf of AdroitForge Inc — your card statement will show a Lemon Squeezy descriptor.
